Overview

Recombinant Jurkat cell line expressing firefly luciferase under the control of an NFAT response element, and with constitutive expression of human TMIGD2 (Transmembrane and immunoglobulin domain containing 2; CD28H; NM_144615). Expression of the firefly luciferase gene is driven by NFAT response elements located upstream of the minimal TATA promoter. Activation of the NFAT signaling pathway in these cells can be monitored by measuring luciferase activity.Â
