QPCR Standards

qPCR standards are quantified reference DNA or RNA templates used to build the standard curve that converts Ct values into absolute copy numbers in quantitative PCR and RT-qPCR assays. This allows you to report true template concentration, determine assay efficiency (ideally 90–110%), verify the dynamic range and limit of detection, and run quality control across runs, operators, and instruments.

Amsbio's qPCR standards are supplied as precisely quantified, ready-to-dilute templates for gene expression, pathogen detection, viral load quantification, GMO testing, and copy-number analysis workflows. Each standard is validated for purity, concentration, and amplification performance.
