FFPE Tissue Arrays
FFPE tissue arrays, also called tissue microarrays, are single slides containing dozens or hundreds of small cores of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue arranged in a defined grid. Running one TMA slide lets you stain and analyze many donors, disease stages, or indications in a single experiment, making tissue arrays the fastest way to perform high-throughput IHC, in situ hybridization, and spatial biology validation across large cohorts without individually sectioning each block.
