$1000 Travel Grant to ISSCR Annual Meeting 2023 for Young Professionals

To apply, we’d like you to tell us about your research.

We’d like to know:

• A few details about you (Name, institution)
• A summary of 3,000 characters or less about your current stem cell-related research. If you are presenting a poster at ISSCR 2023 you can submit your abstract instead.
• One thing you’re looking forward to at the ISSCR 2023 Annual Meeting.

The entries will be evaluated by an expert panel at AMBSIO, which will judge the entries based on:

• The potential impact of your research.
• The potential impact that attending ISSCR could have on you!

• The closing date for entries is the end of 19^th May 2023
• We will tell the winner by email in the first week of June.
• You’ll need to either be attending (or available to attend) ISSCR between 14th-17th June 2023

Even if you don’t win, we’d love to know about your research. Come and drop by our booth (115) or come and say hello at the ISSCR Early Career Social Night at the conference (we’re sponsoring that too).

• Only one entry per person.
• Only applicants from Universities, Research Institutions, or companies engaged in stem cell research are eligible to take part in this competition.
• The deadline for submitting the entry is May 19^th, 11.59 pm GMT. Any application submitted after this date and time will not be considered.
• The AMSBIO expert panel will decide the winners. The decision is at their discretion and its decision is final.
• The award is intended to cover the cost of registration, accommodation, and transport to the ISSCR 2023 meeting, to a total value of $1,000. Any remaining balance available after these costs can be used for other related expenses.
• The winning applicants will receive the grant via reimbursement from AMSBIO after providing receipts for their ISSCR registration, accommodation, travel, and other expenses.
• The grant applies only to the ISSCR 2023 meeting. The reimbursement cannot be used for any other meeting.
• The reimbursement can only be paid to the individual or institution initially paying for the travel expenses, registration, and accommodation.
• By participating in the competition, you agree to participate in any marketing and PR activities that AMSBIO deems necessary. These may include the following: An interview featuring on the AMSBIO blog/website and associated press releases.
• This competition is not affiliated with ISSCR in any way.
